I totally feel that Allysha. Getting stuck in the loop of constant healing, transforming, figuring it out, releasing the trauma and conditioning. This idea that once it's all done the reward comes. I too see this in myself and those around me. And I've been shifting this for awhile now. The key is not to get stuck in spiritual bypass. That's the other side to this. It's walking that fine line, that liminal space, of both healing what is ours to heal and allowing the JOY to be part of that. And thanks for the reminder for energy healing!!!

It is a very fine line. That's so true. It's not bypassing what needs healing. It's allowing yourself not to be broken where you're not. It's funny how easily the healing journey can become identity and how beautiful the community around that identity often is. This was a very interesting article that actually surprised me, because it speaks to a very specific slice of folks on the spiritual path. But for those of us who have been doing this for a while... I think it's an important conversation.

Oh, this is beautiful and important, Dani. There are so many different terrains in the landscape of healing and unidentified trauma can definitely leave you feeling stuck.

I’m so glad you brought this to the conversation. One reason I wanted to write this article is to open a dialogue for what this looks like beyond the modern commodification of healing and wellness.

Thank you for sharing your experience and your wisdom. 🙏 ✨

I agree with Allysha, thanks for sharing your experience and wisdom. When we share our experiences, how we navigate them and what we learn, this informs us all. For we learn from each other. 💜

The trap I never saw coming was turning healing into one more thing to perform perfectly. Some days the bravest move is to stop optimizing the journey and just live the day.

Yes! This is real, Aprelle, and so important. Our culture trains us to optimize and perfect. Even when that’s one of the very pattern swe’re trying to heal, it insidiously sneaks into everything. Thank you for sharing. 🙏 ✨

Love this. We can not forget the utter joy and bliss of every day life despite the madness. Music helps me remember this.

Love that you have such a clear and tangible anchor, Lanier. There certainly is madness around us, but there is also so much Beauty. We get to choose where we ground ourselves. Thanks for exploring this with me. ✨
