This month, new ideas came through with clarity to help me do that. So right now—Mystery, Magic & Mayhem has several new offerings.

This Sacred Exploration Writing Prompt—which I hope will be a regular affair—is one of them.

You see—it doesn’t interest me to just provide information.

The internet is full of information gurus who are happy to tell you everything they know. But that just isn’t the work I feel called to do.

What interests me is creating the conditions for you to discover what you know.

So each month, we’ll be engaging with a different sacred exploration.

Your deepest longings are sacred clues, leading you toward purpose and fulfillment. This month, we’ll honor those whispers, navigating the fears that have kept you from this Path before and learning to trust the magic they reveal.

In a moment, we’ll be diving into our Sacred Exploration Writing Prompt for the month… but since this is our first one, I want to offer a little context for this practice.

(And why it’s different from most writing prompts you’ve done in the past.)

Most of the work I do involves getting myself out of the way, so that Divine Guidance can come through.

These Sacred Exploration Writing Prompts are no different.

This practice is more than just an idea to explore with a pen. The prompt includes a guided visualization/meditation to empower you to get in touch with a deeper voice inside you as well as magical practices to help anchor the magic you discover in the physical world.

For this writing practice, you’ll be connecting with the most secret desires of your heart, creating a safe context for your heart’s voice to come through, and holding space for whatever you discover.

Be sure to set aside at least half an hour of uninterrupted time for your heart and pen to explore together.
